Civil Construction work:

We are experts in the RENOVATION OF OLD FLATS to make them look completely brand new.
We undertake REDEVELOPMENT WORKS OF FLAT SCHEMES.
We are also experts in the renovation of old commercial buildings to look completely brand new.

We undertake fabrication of main gates, entrances and railings.
We also undertake complete fabrication of rooftop sheds with sandwich panels (foam panels), which reduces the temperature of the top floor during the summer.
We undertake the fabrication of grills and windows of all types of buildings.
We also undertake fabrications of plant and machinery as per the design given by the clients.

Supply and Supervision of Installation, testing and commissioning of Window Ac, Split Ac, Packaged a/c units, VRV, Ducted Split, Cassette type a/c, AHU, FCU and all types of ventilation fans, jet fans, Exhaust fans including ducted/non ducted type.
Supply and Supervision of Installation, testing and commissioning of PLANT ROOMS including Chillers, primary pumps, secondary pumps, dosing units etc. as per approved method statement.
DISTRICT COOLING-Installation of Underground and above ground chilled water supply & return lines inside and outside plant room. Hydro testing of chilled water pipelines and executing Radiography test including complete ETS room works.

Supply and Supervision of Installation testing and commissioning of Plumbing and Drainage related pumps like Lift pumps, Booster pumps and sewage pumps including complete piping, hydro testing and insulation. Co-ordination with sewage treatment plant contractors/government authorities for snag list solving and final inspection.

Supply and Supervision of Installation, testing & commissioning of Fire pumps, hose reels, hydrants, FM-200 systems and Deluge systems, sprinklers & breaching inlets as per NFPA standards. Co-ordination with main contractor for clearing inspection.

Execution & Co-ordination with Licensed electrical subcontractor for complete works including Review of Designs and installation, testing & commissioning of Substation, Power, lighting, small power, Transformers, Generators, MV Panels, ELV systems like Fire Alarm, Telephone, Data, Public access systems, Building Management systems, CCTV, Broadcasting systems, Giant Scoreboards, LED screen board, Access control systems like road blockers and boom barriers.
