- M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, llT Powai, Bombay, India.
- Qualified Valuer and Chartered Engineer for Plant & machinery, Empanelled with Banks, Courts, and Private Authorities.

Achievements:
- Achieved status of UPDA “A grade” Chartered Engineer of the Government of Qatar, which is given to very few by the Ministry of Municipality & Urban Planning.
- Due to strong techno-commercial acumen, I was promoted as Technical Manager of the JV of QATAR and DUBAI company, namely AL BALAGH DYNASPEX (DYNASPEX is a District Cooling specialist company of the UAE), to assume complete charge of Profit & Loss of MEP division on behalf of the parent company.
- Successfully achieved GSAS appreciation i.e., GLOBAL SUSTAINABILITY ASSESSMENT SYSTEM from GORD (Gulf Organization of Research & Development) for the most energy efficient FIFA 2022 World Cup stadium of Qatar. I was the key person in achieving this appreciation.
- Completed PMP programme entitled Advance project Management from Doha.
Who we are:
MP construction Engg. Services are engaged in the business of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services which are a significant component of the construction supply chain.
The MEP activities provided by M/s MP construction Engg. Services include design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of plumbing, drainage, HVAC, firefighting equipment’s to industrial, commercial, residential, hospital and other projects. The solution includes turnkey electro-mechanical works starting from the engineering design, value engineering, construction management, erection, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance.
We undertake following works
HVAC:
- Supply and Supervision of Installation, testing and commissioning of Window Ac, Split Ac, Packaged a/c units, VRV, Ducted Split, Cassette type a/c, AHU, FCU and all types of ventilation fans, jet fans, Exhaust fans including ducted/non ducted type.
- Supply and Supervision of Installation, testing and commissioning of PLANT ROOMS including Chillers, primary pumps, secondary pumps, dosing units etc. as per approved method statement.
- DISTRICT COOLING-Installation of Underground and above ground chilled water supply & return lines inside and outside plant room. Hydro testing of chilled water pipelines and executing Radiography test including complete ETS room works.
FIRE FIGHTING:
- Supply and Supervision of Installation, testing & commissioning of Fire pumps, hose reels, hydrants, FM-200 systems and Deluge systems, sprinklers & breaching inlets as per NFPA standards. Co-ordination with main contractor for clearing inspection. PLUMBING & DRAINAGE:
- Supply and Supervision of Installation testing and commissioning of Plumbing and Drainage related pumps like Lift pumps, Booster pumps and sewage pumps including complete piping, hydro testing and insulation. Co-ordination with sewage treatment plant contractors/government authorities for snag list solving and final inspection.
ELECTRICAL & ELV systems:
- Execution & Co-ordination with Licensed electrical subcontractor for complete works including Review of Designs and installation, testing & commissioning of Substation, Power, lighting, small power, Transformers, Generators, MV Panels, ELV systems like Fire Alarm, Telephone, Data, Public access systems, Building Management systems, CCTV, Broadcasting systems, Giant Scoreboards, Access control systems like road blockers and boom barriers.
